My name is H.L. Ray. I was born in Mississippi, grew up in Alabama, and have lived, worked, & studied all over the globe, now calling New York City my home.
I support purpose-driven leaders, teams, and organizations at the intersection of leadership coaching and business strategy to help them transform into their next chapter of growth.
I have 17+ years of broad global experience building businesses, brands, and teams as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur with companies ranging from some of the most innovative venture-backed companies (i.e. Gilt Groupe) to Fortune 20 brands (i.e. Samsung).
Today I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness as an advisor, fractional executive, and executive coach. I help leaders align people, strategy, and execution to build organizations that perform at their highest potential.
